Terry Bison Ranch, Cheyenne, WY

Tonight we stayed at the Terry Bison Ranch..........a real working bison ranch, which just happens to have an RV park attached. Took a tour of the ranch this afternoon, got up close and REAL personal with Tinker Bell, the oldest and meanest boy on the ranch. He's 13 years old and weights 2200 pounds. Just look at the tongue on that guy!

After the tour, we went to the restaurant and had bison burgers for dinner. Yum, yum!

Snow on Donner Pass

Leaving Pam's and heading for Winnemucca, we encountered snow on Donner Pass. It was an unevenventful drive considering it was the beginning of Memorial Day weekend.

Something new - a Blog

We are going to try something new this year. Instead of a web site, we're gonna try a blog. You will have to bear with us until we figure this out. As you can see, it's quite trying and I must have my wine to get me through!

Writing is such hard work....I have to have my wine while Peggy types for me.

On the road again!

Hello family and friends!

Well, it's that time again. The folks packed up the coach this morning, hooked up the car and off we went on our summer adventure. The plan was for a short trip today, all the way from Phoenix to Palm Desert. Yesterday was 108 in Phoenix, today it's 110 in Palm Desert. Don't know about those 2 sometimes!

Tomorrow we travel on to Cummins in Bakersfield, for service on the coach. From there we head north to Vacaville where I get to sit in the coach and the folks will attend Pam's graduation.

Stay tuned for news of my summer adventures.
